How future content will be produced
- Begin with the reader’s decision, not a product to promote.
- Use official and primary sources wherever practical.
- Separate factual findings from editorial judgement.
- Show initial costs, renewal costs and important exclusions.
- Explain who an option may suit and who should avoid it.
- Date material that can become outdated.
- Correct material when credible evidence shows it is wrong.
